From Landing to Your Stand
- Send your name, flight number and arrival date, hotel, and the number of passengers and bags.
- Your flight is tracked, so the pickup follows the actual arrival. Airport pickups include 20 minutes of waiting from the scheduled time.
- Choose curbside pickup, or meet & greet inside arrivals for $50 extra.
- Daily rides between your hotel and the convention center, dinners in downtown Chicago and the ride back to O’Hare can be booked too. Send the route for a price.
- Teams of any size: tell us how many people arrive and when, and the vehicles are arranged for you, day or night.
- Marius speaks English and Romanian, and chauffeurs who speak Russian, Spanish, Turkish, Arabic, Serbian and Albanian are available — ask when you book, by phone, text or WhatsApp.

The Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont is minutes from O’Hare. Show-week traffic around the center is heavier, and pickup times are set with that in mind.
