These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of vmchicagolimo.com and the transportation services offered by VANMARC CHICAGO LIMO INC. (“Vanmarc Chicago Limo,” “we,” “us,” “our”). The domain vanmarclimo.com also belongs to us and redirects to vmchicagolimo.com.
Services & Hours
We provide black car and chauffeured transportation in Chicago & surrounding suburbs, including service to O’Hare (ORD) and Midway (MDW). Service is available by reservation (including 24/7 by reservation availability).
Bookings & Quotes
- Submitting a request does not guarantee availability until we confirm your booking.
- Quotes may be estimates until confirmed in writing (email/text), based on route, date/time, vehicle type, and special requests.
- You are responsible for providing accurate pickup details, contact info, and (for airport service) flight number when applicable.
Permitted Use & Prohibited Use
Permitted use
You may use this website to:
- Learn about our transportation services and policies.
- Request a quote, confirm availability, and communicate with us about reservations.
- Contact us for general inquiries, corporate accounts, or partnerships.
Prohibited use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for unlawful purposes or to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information (including impersonating another person).
- Interfere with the site’s operation, security, or availability (including attempting to bypass access controls).

Deposits & Payments
A deposit is required to secure a reservation (details shared at booking time).
No online payments are processed on the website at this time. In the future, we may offer online payments through a third-party processor (e.g., Stripe, Square, PayPal). If implemented, payment card information would be handled by the processor and not stored on our website.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellation policy
- Sedan & SUVs: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup time.
- Large vehicles (e.g., Sprinter/van): Free cancellation up to 7 days before scheduled pickup time.
- Cancellations inside these windows may be charged up to the full trip amount, depending on circumstances and scheduling impact.
No-show policy
- A no-show may be charged the full price of the trip.
- For airport pickups, a no-show may apply if the passenger does not arrive within our waiting window after the flight gates are available/arrival is confirmed.
If you’re delayed, contact us as soon as possible so we can coordinate pickup.
Wait Time & Meet-and-Greet
- Included wait time: 20 minutes included for every trip (wait time starts at the scheduled pickup time).
- Additional wait time may be charged based on vehicle type and scheduling.
- Meet-and-greet: available upon request and may add $60–$100 depending on location and timing.
Airport & Flight Tracking
- We can track flights when you provide a flight number.
- There is no extra charge for delays or canceled flights when flight details are provided and communicated.
- Pickup timing may be adjusted based on verified flight status and standard airport procedures.
Passenger Rules
- No smoking in vehicles. A $500 fee applies for smoking or smoke-related cleaning/odor remediation.
- Alcohol: allowed where lawful and used responsibly.
- Pets: allowed (please notify us in advance).
- Child seats: available upon request free of charge. Please specify the child’s age/weight so we can provide an appropriate seat (infant/toddler/booster).
- Passengers are responsible for behavior that may cause damage, excessive mess, or safety issues.
Vehicle Capacity & Luggage
Capacity and luggage are approximate and depend on passenger count and bag size. For airport trips, consider booking the next vehicle size up if you have oversized items or more than one bag per person.
- Sedan: 3 passengers • 2–3 large suitcases
- Standard SUV: 6 passengers • 5–6 large suitcases
- Premium SUV: 6 passengers • 5–6 large suitcases

Corporate Van (14-passenger):
- 14 passengers = light luggage only
- 10–12 passengers = 10–12 large suitcases
- Golf bags: up to 8–10 (depends heavily on passenger count)
Extra Fees
Additional charges may apply, including:
- Wait time beyond included 20 minutes
- Meet-and-greet services ($60–$100)
- Tolls, parking, and special access fees (where applicable)
- Cleaning fee: up to $300 for excessive mess or damage beyond normal use
- Route changes, added stops, or overtime beyond the booked service
Liability & Limitations
- We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, accidents, law enforcement activity, or other events outside our control.
- To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
- We do not guarantee arrival at a specific time; please schedule adequate buffer time for flights and appointments.
- No refund policy: unless otherwise required by applicable law or explicitly agreed in writing.
