A chauffeur can meet the student inside the airport when it can be arranged, for approximately $60–$100. Otherwise, pickup instructions come with the reservation.

With the correct airline and flight number, the flight is monitored and ordinary delays or cancellations do not by themselves add a delay charge. Included wait time is 20 minutes from the scheduled pickup time.
Do you drive to universities outside Chicago?
Yes. Vanmarc drives riders on regional trips, including to Purdue University, the University of Wisconsin–Madison and the University of Notre Dame. Long-distance trips are quoted individually.
How many suitcases fit?
Capacity depends on the vehicle and the bags. An SUV typically carries up to 5–6 passengers; a corporate van approximately 14 with light luggage. Tell us the number of large suitcases when you book.
Can an international student office book rides for several students?
Yes. Send the list of arrivals with flight details. Students landing close together can share a vehicle, and corporate or institutional accounts are available; ask about billing.
Can the student pay, or does the office pay?
Either can book. A deposit secures the reservation, and the amount and payment instructions are given at booking.
