Event Day
How an Event Ride Works
- Tell us the date, pickup address, number of passengers and anything large you are carrying.
- The right vehicle is sent for the group: sedan (typically up to 3), SUV (5–6) or van (approximately 14).
- Pickup time, vehicle and price are confirmed with you before the ride.
- Drop-off and pickup points near the venue are agreed when you book, with road closures in mind.
- The chauffeur can wait and drive you back after the event, or return at a set time (see hourly chauffeur).
- For several days of events, one booking can cover airport arrivals, hotel, venue and departures.
- Big-event weekends book up early — reserve as soon as your dates are set.
- Marius speaks English and Romanian, and chauffeurs who speak Russian, Spanish, Turkish, Arabic, Serbian and Albanian are available — ask when you book, by phone, text or WhatsApp.
