Show Week
How Convention Rides Work
- Tell us the date, pickup address, number of passengers and anything large you are carrying.
- The right vehicle is sent for the group: sedan (typically up to 3), SUV (5–6) or van (approximately 14).
- Pickup time, vehicle and price are confirmed with you before the ride.
- For arrivals, book with the airline and flight number; the flight is tracked and airport pickups include 20 minutes of waiting from the scheduled time.
- Daily rides between your hotel or home and the convention center can be scheduled for the whole show.
- Teams and exhibitors with display cases or samples: tell us what you are carrying so the right vehicle is sent.
