- Family members can book and pay for a parent’s ride.
- If the passenger uses a walker or a folding wheelchair, tell us when booking so we can confirm it fits the vehicle.
- This is a private car service, not medical or emergency transportation. For emergencies, call 911.
- Marius speaks English and Romanian, and chauffeurs who speak Russian, Spanish, Turkish, Arabic, Serbian and Albanian are available — ask when you book, by phone, text or WhatsApp.

Can I book a ride for my parent?
Yes. You can book and pay for the ride, and give us the passenger’s name and phone number.
Can the chauffeur wait during the appointment?
Yes, the chauffeur can wait or return for the trip home; this is confirmed when you book.
Is this medical transportation?
No. Vanmarc is a private car service. Passengers need to be able to get in and out of a car, SUV or van; for medical or emergency transport, use a medical provider or call 911.
Do you help with bags for seniors going to the airport?
Yes. Tell us how many bags when you book.
